Jenny creates an approachable setting and works to find an approach that works for you. She has a unique ability to connect to and relate with her clients to create a comfortable space where change can and does happen. 


I am a Philadelphia-based Registered Dietitian. Food has always been a primary interest of mine. Once I began formal training, I started to share my expertise with my community and nurture those around me with food in a more intentional way. My foundation in nutrition is built upon a collection of diverse opportunities: teaching nutrition, cooking, and sustainability in NYC elementary schools; growing organic vegetables and raising animals on a family farm in Argentina; working in multidisciplinary teams at some of the nation's best hospitals; hosting cooking demos at urban farmers markets; and moonlighting as a cheesemonger (my mission to convince the masses that cheese can be part of a nutritious diet!). I am also a 5-time marathoner, yogi in progress, home gardener, and avid cook.
