BACKGROUND

My foundation in nutrition and cooking is built upon a collection of experiences:

  • I have taught cooking and nutrition in schools and at farmers markets
  • I have worked in three of the nation's best hospitals
  • I learned how to grow and then cook organic vegetables on a family farm in Argentina 
  • I grew up eating family dinners and home cooked meals
